About the product:
e'Probe is a tool to help auditors and inspectors of bank branches in conducting
their function. It has been the customary practice in banks to conduct
inspections of branches at periodic intervals to ensure that the policies /
guidelines are complied with. Besides such an exercise also aids the bank in
detecting leakage of income. In very large branches, manual inspection consumes
a lot of time and consequently test checking is resorted to. eProbe enables the

of coverage.

Inspectors who have hitherto had to delve into a pile of information for
verifying the checks and balances available with a bank branch can conduct
inspection with ease with the help of this tool. In view of the quantum of
transactions, inspectors had no choice but to resort to selective picking of
accounts for checking. The post VRS scenario that envisages considerable
reduction in workforce with attendant increase in workload will force the banks
to look for computerized solutions for every segment in banking including
